Where can one buy tickets from? The RAH website doesn't go as far as April...

Phone box office direct on 020 7589 8212. They can give you far better seats than on the internet.

I did book by phone, but only because I didn't have any success putting the seats I wanted (which were available) into my basket. Managed to get them by phone just fine. Checked out best places to sit on Theatremonkey - a great resource.

Did you get a ticket?

See.. i have this problem. Namely cash.. or the lack of! I would love to see this, but it means an overnight stay in London. Question is, do i take this opportunity to see the film and hear Howard Shore's lovely music played live, or do i keep my cash in case an Elijah opportunity pops up again. He has this habit of surprising us after all. Hmmm!
