if it helps (as far as the glass shaped bruise goes) I stubbed my pinky toe so hard yesterday that I had to ice it. It hurt so bad I coudln't even swear. Then this morning my toe is purple, and the surrounding area black and blue, and swollen. Oh, and it hurts when you stub the same toe in the morning on the edge of the couch. :)

you stubbed it twice? sweet jesus that would hurt. i hope it gets better soon. i'll let you know what sort of bruising i get on my back - i'm really hoping for a circle-shaped bruise. that would be totally worth the pain.
