Jobs would be great if you were actually able to do the work they hired you for and didn't fill up the day with other crap.

This would be why Ryan never wants to be a level 2. Too much admin, not enough teaching time.

Yeah. The only real perk is being able to have a hand in staffing for the following year and helping to make sure that my staff, (and myself!) have a decent timetable of classes to look forward to.

Bleah. Still, does clearing the backlog mean you can ignore the admin stuff for a while?

Not really. I'd need about a week solid working on nothing but admin to get to that point. There's always something else to write a report on these days.
