"Oh. Yeah, sure. That's a good idea." He offered a soft smile, gave a quick glance at his watch, and started heading for Dr. Hikari's office.
"Have any big projects today?"

Dr. Hikari was in his office, and he looked up when Enzan came in. "Enzan. Blues." The smile he offered them was more than warm. It was actually rather excited. "Just the two I wanted to see. I have great news!"

Enzan relaxed a bit from Blues' comment but Dr. Hikari's greeting when they entered his office, startled him and made him freeze a bit.
"Ah, what?" He snapped out of it and hurried to Dr. Hikari's desk. Now Enzan was sounding a bit more excited. Could it be the news he had been waiting to hear?
"What is it?"

Blues' heart - or whatever passed for one in navi code - lifted at this news, but Dr. Hikari went on before he could say anything. "Before your hopes get too high, let me just warn you that I haven't tested the device on any humans. I can't guarantee that it will bring you back."
"But you will try?" Blues didn't care if there was a danger that it might not work, or even a risk that it might harm him. If there was a chance that his humanity could be restored, he was going to take it.
Dr. Hikari looked at Blues seriously. "If you want me to," he said. "I have the device right here."
Blues glanced at Enzan. "Enzan-sama?"
