Hey there...

What's up?

I promised I'd come back to you all with the findings and... here they are.

Nothing is wrong!

The lab tests says I'm a perfectly healthy 23 year old girl. So then... my problems go down to be "in my head" and included to that we have: excesive working, studying and stress. And that "stress" is also applicable to my stomach problems.

Stress is something wrong and it isn't "all in the mind"! Sheesh, doctors need to change what is classed as a problem. Still, at least it isn't something like a horrible viral infection and you, sort of, know how to proceed.

Another way of reducing stress, other than sports, is to do something that you really enjoy. If you have a particular hobby - with me, it's writing fiction - then make time to do that every day.

Glad you're on the mend

Very true observation about the "stress", Liz!!!

If all go as planned; I'll start with sports this Monday. I've always loved sports so that'll be something I'll surely enjoy. Regarding the writing... I DO KNOW how to proceed for I got the scenes in my head; the thing is: I just can't put the words together. The mind is not fully recovered yet (it's still in "hibernating"/"standby"-mode) but with high hopes I'll get mind and body to fully recover in due time.

Hugs you in return,
Niqui

I'm very glad that the tests came out clear. When you mentioned excessive work, study and stress and not eating when you are nervous, it was deja vu. In the end you must remember that it is you who are putting stress on yourself, and with good reason, studying and working are not an easy thing to accomplish and at some point you are bound to take some strain. It's very good if you can find an outlet for all your energy, because you seem to not be able to sit still. Sport and exercise is good, it's physical and I found that it helped me and we seem to be similar in many ways. I love to write as well, but because it's not a physical activity, the energy doesn't get 'let out'. Hope this is making sense...

Oohh, that is good to hear! :) Probably with less work it will pass soon, and I agree with Liz, doing something that you enjoy takes your mind off worries and stress. ^^
I hope that you get well soon!
*hugs*

Yep! There's lots to do at work but I turned my back to it and went home.

Working towards getting better, dear!

Thanks,
