I just had a thought.
"Your problem is not my problem."
I'm not directing this to anyone on here. Just thinking.
Had a cranky customer. Why should I let her problem bother me? Really. Why? I don't own the business. I'm not the one who made her unhappy.
So, I'll let it roll off my back and take a deep breath. It's time to move on.
