I'm sorry, but it sounds to me like the reason you guys have trouble keeping people is because of the manager. 25 minutes late is a ton without a proper apology/reason especially since it sounds like she's late fairly often.
Also, I'm sorry to hear about the keyholder thing. Obviously dependability is not a prized value at that store.

Thanks for the support. *hugs* And yeah, she does seem to straggle in pretty often... but then, on days where she works mornings she also tends to stay a bit late more often than not. *shrug*
That really sucks. And it's ridiculous that you're getting passed over for keyholder-dependability matters for that way more than experience. (Well, obviously not at your place of employment, I guess.)
