I'm moving to Kits. The apartment is small in every way except the living room. The area is very quiet and I can see the water if I walk just two blocks and I can reach the water if I walk about 8 blocks. I can walk to food stores, yoga, all manner of cool places to eat and shop. Depending on what we choose for the kids, they are in easy reach of

we lived at fifth and Yew in a basement suite for like, five years. that is a great neighborhood and some of the people are real characters:)
betcha gunna enjoy that close by beach in the summer, we sure did. Its lovely there in the evening as well. Lots of activity and music, people, but even in the Winter, its nice to go sit and watch the water , esp if you stop at the 'Bucks on Cornwall. I love that hill. so good for the legs.

For the house? I'm not sure. We paid 1600. It;s 6 beds and 2 baths.

We pay $1600 and that includes the alarm. Not sure what he will charge but the rent hasn't gone up in years.
