so I have been dieting for 5 days now and I feel good about myself. I only eat 1500 calories a day and I exercise targeting two areas by doing 100 repetitions of two separate exercises of my choice. I write everyday on an index card with the date, a box to check off to make sure I take a vitamin. I count all calories on it and what exercise I am ( Read more... )
