THAT WAS AMAZING.

The humor mixed wtih angst makes it so...Naruto-verse like. It's real, like Naruto's frustration with Hinata, the characters here are alive and have decisions and probably won't do the things you want like you expect them too. The wave people saying goodbye to Kakashi, and then that no one recognized Kakashi--all very clever small surprises and twists.

I guess Naruto should have told Ino about Kakashi's feelings, and not Hinata. xDDD
This chapter was so sad, but also so funny!
Loved Sasuke's reaction and the "hypocrites, backstabbers and two-faced liars" part. ^___^

I know that this comment has already been seconded but I just love the last part of this chapter so much. I was reading through the beginning and was thinking, well this is a bit quaint considering as how the attitude of the village is one of Kakashi’s reasons for leaving. Then he said that last line. I had to read it a couple times for it to really sink in. Anyways fantastic job.
