Hm depending upon how long this has been going on I wouldn't look too much into it. I get the same pains that come and go(sharp stabbing, right under the bellybutton). Abdominal hernias in females aren't that frequent considering the amount of muscle we have in that area, unlike males. It could just be constipation or it may be IBS. Of course if it continues or worsens get it checked out by the doctor--be warned he may stick his finger in your anus. How's that for TMI? Lmao.
