So as I'm sure many of you know I shall be leaving for China from June 14-July 20. I am somewhat indifferent about it at this point. You would think that after making it through all the interviews, finally making it, having pre-plan meetings and even talking to my sister over there, that I would be ready for this, but in all honesty, I'm not. I don't think it's quite hit me yet that I'm actually going there, and for 5 weeks. I am extremely excited, don't get me wrong, but it's still hard to fathom. I'm going to miss a select few people quite a bit, as well as my usual routine of getting coffee and seeing those familiar faces. I've had a fantastic summer so far that has blown all the others out of the water. Every day has brought happiness, fun times, good memories, and even a new friendship that I value a lot. I'm sure the time will go by quickly, I just hope that not too much will change while I'm gone. However!!, I will have e-mail capabilities over there, so if you give me your e-mail address I shall write to you. In any news, we are going to be doing some amazing things and seeing some of the most beautiful sites. This is a once in a life time experience and I'm so thankful that I've been given the opportunity to be a part of it. Below are a few pictures of one place that we shall be going. It's called the Yellow Mountain. We shall be hiking it to the top!! EEEEE~!!!!
So, no more blond kids!!! It's now solid black with the exception of a few burgundy streaks in the front and some in the back. Enjoy!
