The Squee-Fest is Over!

Advent Children has been watched! The squeeing has been done, the rating of the characters argued over and finalised.

On the whole, I am a very happy bunny.

You derived whether sephy and zack were an item from that film? Well done.

I didn't like Cid in this, I always imagined him as older and having a much more gung-ho type attitude that didn't come across so well in the film. I'm also a bit dissapointed that while we could watch some of the characters perform their limit breaks Vincent at no point used any of his, which is a real shame because that would have been hugely impressive. He did make up for it by being damn cool in the bahamut fight though :D

I think Yuffie and Tifa both had their fair share of cool moves as well. I didn't like Cloud so much, but then again I've never liked Cloud. Not since the opening sequence of the game. (Gee, I go to the trouble to get myself added to this journal only to be banned immediately)

Personally I think that the major problem with Cid was he didn't swear - not once! FF7 wouldn't be the same without all the "£$^%£&£^ contributed by Cid :)

I didn't really expect there to be alot of fighting down by the other characters, to be honest - there's only so much time in a film and it was extended by 30 odd minutes to this version. Overall, it was pretty cool, but I knew there was no way that the plot could ever beat the warped and twsted mind of the fans, heheheheh
