Currently I am trying to bring this old journal back to life, yet I am not quite sure what to post here. (Suggestions, anyone? I wouldn't mind some advice ^.~)
Most of the stuff I am interested in is fanfiction- or fandomrelated, so it might become a very fangirlish blog. I have also worked about such themes as fanfiction in general and slash in an ( Read more... )

*returning some stalking* ;)

Anyway, just wanted to leave this short comment here as I'd be very interested in your academic works on fanfiction etc. (geez, I haven't even friended you (yet?) and am already barging in with an opinion...)

Would love to see some more ficcish stuff (Bruce Wayne is badass!)

Well,... Here's to your second start on eljay! :D

Thanks for your comment, I really appreciate your interest and I hope, you won't be disappointed later ;D
The theme of my Bachelorarbeit (don't know the english word and too lazy to look for it...) was "Fanfiction" and it was so much fun to work on it! Still I haven't figured out, how I want to put it online. I have written about 60 pages and that would be a little too much... I might just take some of my 'favourite' parts and present them in a slightly different way, though.

Is it okay, if I friend you? I am alaways a little insecure when it comes to 'friending' ^.^"

By all means, yes, I'm definitely friending you back. :)

Can imagine writing about fan fiction was fun - it's a cool thesis topic (I never had such awesome topics)! What's your major?

Looking forward to reading more from you

I majored in German language and literature studies. There was that great professor who was very interested in anime/manga, videogames, online-communities and fanfiction. It was so much fun to work in his courses! Another theme I really loved to explore was the change of vampires in literature.

In your profile I read that you are a teacher (that's so cool!), what subjects do you teach?
