Ya know? I always start the day out eating really good! And then as it goes on... It just gets worse n worse. *sigh*. Im really going to need to work on this

Hey now. Toast and cottage cheese in the morning is doing pretty good for me. Ive never eaten in the morning before. I have to force this down my throat. I'm used to not eating til im actually hungry (which is maybe 4 hours after I wake up). So something small like that is a giant step for me!
