I think it's brave to live alone.

I'm "living alone" this summer (originally for a bit of self-discovery), but Jason has always been wherever I am. He's now away for two weeks. We'll see how I do. So far, I've had the nearly constant companionship of our boys (mmm... season 3) and my new neverending list of sewing projects.

I'm nearly certain you'll manage better than me :)

Best of luck with the crazed stuff movage.

Sorry it has been well over a week since I've been online...

Living alone has been interesting, I'm sure it has been good for you. It's one of those things that everyone should do. You really learn a lot about yourself.

I want to start a marathon with the boys...when did you pick up the seasons?

The move has gone well...but I'm far from being unpacked. When I moved into the Legends, I was unpacked within 48 hours, but I have barely started at my new place. We'll see how long it takes me to get everything done. :)

I'm certainly not looking forward to moving... again.

I have seasons 2-4 courtesy of Travis' Blockbuster membership and Joe's comp, but I'm getting ready to buy season 1 and 5 off of Amazon. No matter how many times I see them, they never get old.

You have to go to youtube and see the "saying goodbye to QAF" special. It almost made me cry :(

I'm sure you'll take your time unpacking and find the perfect place for everything to go in your new Ash oasis :)

The living alone thing is almost over. I suppose I've learned that I'm a slob and a crafting fiend when I'm left alone. Now I'm busy looking at Halifax tour guides and preparing to meet Jason's catholic parents (aaa)

Those are really great...I wish I had the time to scrapbook everything.

I also need to start taking pictures of everything that I'm doing...I only have pics for "special occasions" and such rather than a few day to day life pics.

Will you send me the link to the special on YouTube? I searched for it and couldn't find it.

Things are almost completely unpacked, finally! It only took a week and a half for things to get settled. If I hadn't worked so much it would have been finished much sooner.

I hope things are going well for you and that the "meet the parents" went flawlessly.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=_xu_dmhl4Ik (that's part 1 of 5... get some kleenex ready)

For more picture taking motivation, try carrying around your camera, so when you have those "I would love a photo of this" moments, you'll be ready.

The meet the parents thing is being interesting. The house is covered in crucifixes and photos of Jesus and the pope (no joke), but they seem nice and receptive to the fact that I'm a dirty jew ;)

Yayyy almost completely unpacked. Did you decorate the same or different? I'm going to help Jason clean his room soon... I imagine it will be something like you helping me clean my room, like I'll be sitting on the bed saying "put this here... put that there..." etc.

Oh! We went to the most famous bar in Halifax the other day and they wouldn't let me drink because they took one look at my KS ID and were like "how are we supposed to know what a KANSAS ID looks like? It's clearly a fake. Get out!" *chuckle chuckle*

Time to go :)
