Las Vegas was amazing! Although flying out there was a bit rough (baby Katie threw up twice...) we made it into Vegas safe and relatively sound. Katie Barnes flew in later that evening and the Blubaughs surprised her (I knew before hand) with tickets to "O" (Cirque du Soleil) for that night. Home, Depression and Some Fucked Up Shit
I'm back from Oklahoma City, and I couldn't be happier about that. I called Craig in tears at least twice during that trip. When he got there on Saturday, things were much better. Down in OKC
Everything is going well in OKC.
Yesterday I got in and had some down time before Tom and I headed over to the stadium with the kids. We watched the end of the Women's Texas vs OU game and then the Women's KU vs Baylor game. It wasn't bad at all, the seats we have (at least for women's) are fantastic and have LEG ROOM!!!

Christmas in March
I got my Christmas present from Craig today: vegan, union-made sneekers!! I'm wearing them right now...even though I'm in PJs, and yes, it looks funny.
I talked to Crystal today, we are going to live together again! Soon, we'll start the process of looking for a 2 bedroom apartment that is cat-friendly. I'm really glad that she decided to live ( Read more... ) -

Craig and I left Saturday afternoon to spend the weekend in Oklahoma. We had dinner with Jessica, one of his best friends. I was really nervous to meet her, but things went very well. We met her girlfriend, Brooke, and their 4 month old miniature dachshund puppies, Kyle and Blake. They were adorable!!!

Accepted!
I received my acceptance letter to the University of Kansas School of Nursing last night, so it's finally official. I'm really excited, but it is bittersweet as it will mean moving away from my love for 2 years while we are both finishing school.
