I had so much hair when I was born, that people kept asking my mother if it was a wig!

I didn't think babies can have that much hair. So mind boggling.

I may enter into the world of baking. So far I've been doing savory things and haven't entered into anything sweet. I always find those kind of daunting.

Baking is simple if you follow the recipe. Seriously - you MUST respect measurements. Baking is chemistry.

I would suggest that you get a copy of Michael Ruhlman's "Ratio" - it's an excellent book that discusses how things work, and gives the ratios for prettymuch everything.
