Because I missed you. Wow. Five days without internet should not have been that painful. Of course, not having internet wasn't quite as painful as the drive to Paducah Kentucky. More than 12 hours. Restore from saved draft?
It's always nice when you start to update your journal and you're asked if you want to restore the previous draft you've written. Usuaully it means that previously I wrote something that wasn't worth writing about, much less reading about. Lately, it just means I've stared at the screen and written nothing. I need a bigger couch.
So, I've been putting off writing in my journal even though the majority of my school work is done. In short, I took six classes (which is two classes more than full time) worked my butt off for 4 months, stayed up till midnight and woke up at 5 a good percentage of days, had the crappiest weekends ever, wrote a ton of stories, poems and academic ( Read more... ) -
It was just a text message
So, for our poetry assignment we had to write a poem that was thirty lines long and that was a complete grammatically correct sentence. I probably fudged a little on the punctuation. Ugh
School has been such a trial. Just so you get the idea, I'll list the homework I'm trying to get done for the week. I have to read the first 4 acts of Much Ado About Nothing and start planning a presentation for next month, I have to read 4 short stories and start writing a paper (only 3-4 pages long) and finish a novel, I have to read 50 pages ( Read more... ) -

The time when I say farewell for awhile due to the immense workload that I will soon be struggling under for school. I really hope it's not too painful. I'm taking five classes again this semester, which leaves me with two other classes to finish up over the summer in order to graduate. By the way, does anyone want to give me a job? I've just spent forever trying to get that interview posted from Quake... and then, just when I was about to post and put it behind ljcut... it disappeared. So, now that I've wasted all that time I hate to have nothing to show for it... but oh well. My back hurts.

Quantum Physics was never my strong point
Not that this post relates to that at all. I've just been watching to many episodes of StarGate Atlantis.... that's all. I've been incredibly busy with school. In fact, I have a paper on Chaucer's "Clerks Tale" due tomorrow that I should be writing, but here I am.
