Yup. I went swimming yesterday. Can feel it in my pectorals every time I stretch. That's a new place, and possibly a result of trying the butterfly stroke. I got it. Sort of. Didn't manage to figure out the dolphin kick that's supposed to go with it ( Read more... ) -

I've had multiple people tell me lately that I look happy. And would you know, I think I am? I'm interacting with people more and wanting to do so. And I keep smiling. I've also had multiple people come to my apartment/building, see Gabby, and comment on how much better she looks than last semester. She is quite happy and well cared for, now ( Read more... ) -
Therapy and music
I had an appointment with my therapist this afternoon. This time and last time we met, he pointed out that I'm clearly much better than I've been...pretty much since I started college. So, uh, there was a blizzard
And we're in the 2-3 feet of snow range. It's been ages since I saw that much snow, especially from just one snow-fall. Crews have been out working all day to clear everything. I went out this morning/afternoon to get some photos. Filled up almost 2 whole memory cards (a 1GB and 2GB) with pictures and got a surprising amount of useable photos. I ( Read more... )
