OMG. Thank you! I needed some fic today and this is just...mmmm mmm good!

I really like the italicized bits, like the voice in the back of his head. I like that Teresa still thought of him and that Arturo was actually doing well, even if you twisted it into tragedy.

I think you could write a fic about a piece of dirt and it would still make me flail with admiration and love for your stuff.

Well, I thought you needed cheering up and I had a mini bunny last week after nattering with you, I just let it breed a bit. I'm glad that you liked it.

I nicked it from the other fic I'm working on at the moment. You know the one. Needs finishing! I'm glad you think it works though, because it can be such a wanky ff.net thing gone wrong when it doesn't work, you know?

I really wanted- and started- a Ryan/Theresa sex moment in this, but it just didn't quite work, which was disappointing. Didn't fit somehow. Bloody typical brain.

Angsty Berkeley / Chino!Ryan fic might just become my new thing. I'm hoping that the rewatching will inspire all my lovely flisters to whip out some old school Ryan Atwood. In the meantime...

I didn't realize how much I missed your writing. This was beautiful. My first instinct was that Theresa needed Ryan to identify Daniel... and I was heart broken at that thought, but Arturo dying when he was just pulling it together is in some ways sadder.

Oh, I pysched you out! Neat. I would love to be able to claim it was intentional down the Daniel route, I was just going for an ambiguous ambiguity. I am vague in my vagueness.

I liked the idea of killing somebody who had actually come through the justice system a better person. It's meant to rehabiliate as well as punish after all. But I never could resist the angst.
