Ooooh, nice, a TWW fic!!

I loved it--so snarky and yet touching (just like the characters themselves).

my best friend adored you as much as you baffled him.

Thanks for commenting Helen, really, I'm so pleased you liked it, especially as I know we both adore The West Wing but both have different favouorite bits!

This sounds pathetic, and I know there's not a huge number of TWW fans on my flist but I was really begin to wonder if nobody was going to read it! :( I've just always wanted to be able to write a fic for this show and the fact they it made you have a brief wibble means a lot :)

Ridiculously late comment, but I just stumbled over this and liked it a lot - it could easily have been a scene Sorkin wrote himself if he'd still been writing the show in s7.
