…and look what the cat dragged in.

A writer who forgot how to write. And now struggles to remember.

Thankfully, although I took a long break from writing, I didn’t take a break from reading, so everything came back to me after a while. Jumping right in with Liberty Hall’s Flash Challenges every weekend helped a lot too.

YAY!

Getting oneself back into writing is worthy and awesome. Go you!

I am conversant in both MS Office and LibreOffice (I managed to get a free student copy of MS Office somehow, otherwise I couldn't afford it either) - but MS Office does make standard manuscript format simpler and easier to do. Especially when it comes to underlining all the italics, etc - though there are a few markets that are starting to say they don't want that anymore anyway. :P

Yeap, the italics -> underlining was indeed a pain, but not as much as the page numbers to be where they're supposed to be. ARGH!

And I wonder if I should start selling Pure Cat Fur online to pay for a software upgrade. Hmm....
