this sucks. i haven't been feeling very well as of late, and last night at work i almost passed out. i was supposed to work today from 1-6 but i just said screw it and called in sick. my boss was there last night and knew how i was feeling, so hopefully she will understand and not get all bitchy like she tends to do. and it's been snowing here

Oooooooooooooo honey :( Listen. Calm down and listen, okay. Read this twice or three times or however many times you have to. You are a beautiful, intellegent, compassionate, funny, and insightful young woman. Read that over and over again til it sinks in, okay? Just because you did not go to school now does not mean that you never can, nor does it mean you lack direction. It simply means you did not go to school right now. That is it. You are young and taking your time and making decisions based on knowledge and experience is not a bad thing. Also, working full time is not the end of the world. You can get a full time job and learn independence a little bit. You might get into something that you really enjoy, or can move up in. You never know what the future holds. It is not bleak. Think positive, and know that there are lots of people who care about you and see all the wonderful things that you sometimes forget. *big teddy bear hugs*
