this morning when i woke up i could barely get out of bed. my back has been hurting something fierce for the past month or so. the pain is in my lower left side, and i think it may be a pinched nerve. maybe my sciatic? this has happened to me before so i'm pretty sure that is what it is. but anyhow, it hurts to do pretty much everything. *cries* i

Try some ice packs on your lower back, and some ibuprofen to reduce the inflammation. If it's a pinched nerve you're trying to take the pressure off it. Reducing swelling and resting it are where it's at.

ahhhhhhh, an ICE PACK. everyone has been telling me i should put a heating pad on it, which it did yesterday, and i didn't really help very much. an ice pack makes a lot more sense. :)

sorry about your back. back aches are one of the worst pains. ugh. sometimes i get this killer shooting pain in my left hip, and i don't know what that's about. how is your heart doing, btw? i haven't much about your condition lately; i hope that you have been able to keep it under control!

my heart has been okay; still have problems, always will tho. :\ it sucks. there is no cure... :(
