oh dw. that happens. i've had a customer come in and ask for the pharmacist straight away. and that was a bit rude.

Ya, I hate it when that happens. Just the lack of respect for someone that's offering help. Heck one time, a customer just looked at me and just ignored me and called out the pharmacist's name instead lol. Argh, people these days.

WOW. That woman was pretty awful. Customers can behave in an incredibly entitled manner; I know from experience. (Part-timed at a Japanese seafood buffet in Hawaii. You never get between a Hawaii person and their all-you-can-eat. You just do not.) The most you can do is smile brightly through it and plot how you're going to strap them to rockets bound for Mars while they're not looking. XP

Ya. I suppose it's because customers get pampered by store staff a bit too much these days. HAHAHAHA well I guess I learned something new about Hawaiians and buffets.
