Silvia has been distracted. It happens, she's used to it, but she hates when the past springs up on her, forcing to see all those memories she'd rather ignore. Africa was easier to remember that way. Jack's out for a walk that evening, thinking about a few things. Worrying about Kim, mostly, as he hasn't heard from her outside the bar, and she hasn't gotten back to the bar that he knows of. Considering past experiences, he just hopes like hell that she's at home and just can't get back to the bar.

It looks like he isn't the only one out here doing some heavy thinking though, as he spots Silvia by the lake. She's obviously troubled by something, and he heads over.

"Silvia?"

Silvia hears him, and she is not alarmed. She merely slows to a stop and turns in his direction, not saying a word.

Her silence doesn't do anything to make him less curious, or less worried. "Silvia? What's wrong?" he asks, walking over and putting a hand on her arm.
