Oh my goodness, I've wanted a bra like that for so long. I loooove Topshop underwear. And all those Victorian nightie things. Beautiful.

Well, I totally just found this site: Ruche. Possibly not as gothic as you're going for, but I think gems if you want pretty floaty layering.

It is so gorgey, but what wpould you wear it with? Over a slinky dress? With a high-waisted skirt?

The bra or the nightie? Because personally I'm not a huge advocate of the underwear-as-outerwear trend. I'd wear it underneath and know I was wearing fabulous underwear.

As for the white dress under it... in the summer, with nothing else at all. Or with lots of chunky knitwear and hiking boots.

I saw an ad for Ruche on Facebook and found it that way. Try Anthropologie as well, it's insanely expensive but awesome for (virtual) window shopping.

Also, this post has totally inspired me to make a sartorial post. It's been a while.
