Cheery, summery music... hmm... I always think that anything by The Pipettes (like Pull Shapes, I Love You) is very summery. And they remind me of vintagey things ♥. Also, my Happy Summer Playlist consists of most things 80s. :D

Okay, summery and cheery... Beirut is really really awesome. He does these slow but lovely folk tunes but with a real identity of their own. Songs like The Penalty are a good place to start. For something more lively, try listening to How To Explain by The Cat Empire. They're an Australian ska band and are really underrated

Also, Venice is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever been if you ignore all the tourist crap.

I've listened to them all on Spotify, and I love them :D Frank Hamilton's a little too folky for me, but everything else is going on my ipodular. I am IN LOVE with Girlyman, I'm downloading the whole album.
