:3 I have so many feelings!

Seriously, I quite love this. Really love the parallelism that goes all the way through, in everything. I guess it always goes back to the parents, doesn't it? I wonder where Draco's courage came from... Well, perhaps the bottom of that pint of mead, eh? ;)

Also, interesting that Miss Parvati never showed up... They will probably find themselves in the Prophet tomorrow, I take it.

Thank you so much for this gift, ma'am. :) I have to say I think one of my favorite parts is this:
and then she inquired whether he'd be so polite as to elaborate on his cryptic words.

In those words.

"Might I inquire if you'd be so polite as to elaborate on your cryptic words?"Although... that said, I love it all. Most of all, how well it connects together, from the entire second scene consisting of her being reminded of her terrible journey to find her parents to how parallel her and Draco's parent problems are. Not so disalike after all, are we, precious ( ... )

All the love. ALL. The. Love. Plus a couple of internets!

You have no idea how delighted I am to hear that you like it, and not only that, but that you get it. You get it! The parallels, the scars that only parents know how to give, (and yes, that might not have been his first pint of mead that night... hehe) and, well, the obvious one: Not so disalike after all, are we, precious? LOVE YOU FOREVER!

Parvati... there's a diabolical plan behind her absence, but I can't reveal more. Good spotting skills though! ;)

Just think, Mr and Madam Malfoy, how much will you wish you hadn't pushed Pansy out of his life when Hermione marries him?

lol couldn't have said it better myself. :D

Haha, I thought of quoting the exact line that Sammy did while reading this :D So Maybe I'll just join the convo instead of starting a whole new comment thread. Perfectly lovely, my dear! And you have just the right amount of the past imho (I'm still all for ranting if you need it. Not here, though). Anyway, can't wait to see the Brisbane stuff!!!

It seems to be a popular line (my beta loved it too), though there's no fancy story to it; it appeared on the page and I thought, might as well keep it. :D

Yay that you liked it and that the past/present didn't mar your reading experience! *huggles*

Anyway, can't wait to see the Brisbane stuff!!!

I think I'll save your ranting for when I get there, I want to finally focus on the behemoth now. ^^
