Thanks a bunch! Took a peek at your legacy as well, and its quite amusing :)
Personally, I love the city center of Sunset Valley, as well as the beachfront properties. The only reason I picked Riverview this time around was because I know Sunset is such a pain when it comes to potential egg/sperm donors that aren't already in relationships. To me, thats just an added hurdle of breaking them up and wooing them as the biological clock is ticking to get things moving.
Riverview I've found to be a bit easier and more interactive when it comes to the set NPCs there. And at least not everyone is immediately set as married off! More pickings. Plus, Jon Lessen makes that neighborhood completely awesome.
Another entertaining read! I loved this look on Joy's face when she caught Don 'cheating' on her. Too bad he was actually refusing to cheat on her! I can't wait for the next chapter.

I also love how the family goes from being fairly functional to dysfunctional in a few seconds flat. I do hope things work out for them, though.
I've never played in Riverview before. Do you like it better than Sunset Valley?
