I'm sick. It started with a sinus infection a couple weeks ago, and this past weekend, descended into a full blown ass kicking sickness

I would recommend projectile vomiting in the event you're too sick to kick his ass into last week. Nothing communicates your opinion for someone quite like hosing them down with chunky hate-bile. A further suggestion is to eat a lot of corn; that way they get a nice buckshot like spread of half-masticated corn straight to the face.
