I'd be VERY careful with any sort of freeware... especially one designed to break copyright law from the start.

Freeware is usually authored using similarly free developer apps, which more often than not will install trojan apps or advertising pop-ups, even if the app developer isn't aware of them. Freeware = Beware-ware.
However... If you stil want to risk it, then do so soon... YouTube is very active in blocking the operation of the numerous "capture" programs that come out all the time. It's likely not to work in a day or two, if not in a few hours from now.
Thanks for the information! I got the link from a friend who's been using the software for quite some time; there's also a video that tells you how to download the YouTube videos using another website (the name of which escapes me right now). Honestly....I hadn't thought about the copyright issue.
