ok lets just say..........this is not a good way to start my morning. im a peaceful sleeper and all of a sudden around 4:30, my leg gets a massive cramp. it just freezes up and i cant move it. i mean wtf. and this goes on for 20min. it hurt so badly that i cried in silence for 20min. grrrrreat i know. then i get a text from teresa. she tells me
