The rating system isn't necessarily about the quality of the episode, but the quality of the Cho within the episode. For example, I would've rated Star Trek:
Also, I've been doing a less formal version of this project lately... can't wait to hear what you have to say about Yellow, which I just watched a couple nights ago! :)
Part of me liked his House episode, but part of me really didn't. The good part was how unusual it was for the Choverlord: I associate him with being really verbal and delivering comic one-liners, but in that episode his character had a stroke and couldn't/didn't really talk. So it was a good play against type, but I agree, the overall writing of the episode itself wasn't the best.

This one did not pay off like Air I Breathe, sadly. He plays "student." WAT
WELL, I did like his House episode as a House fan. It was interesting and entertaining watching the regulars respond to that scenario, and there is a lot going on with the whole House/Cameron development, and Foreman and Chase had some fun interaction, so, yeah. But I mean, I've always personally thought their POTWs are always the weakest aspect of the episodes. They just didn't give Cho's character any dignity, I felt. Even at the end when Annette was talking about how much trust it takes to surrender yourself to that kind of relationship, it just rang flat to me. IDK. I was first exposed to Cho through Trek, though, so I always expect him to be lol like, badass and awesome rather than comedic.
My mind is blown.
I KNOW RIGHT. Doing this is kind of like playing "Where's Waldo?" with old memories of movies!
This is... amazing. This is basically exactly what I have been looking for, right down to the numbering system. Bless you and ten thousand generations.
Okay, so, in Better Luck Tomorrow. When should I close my eyes? (True facts: I have seen Star Trek XI exactly ten times, and I have *seen* the mind-slug scene exactly zero times. I am an eye-coverer.)
Oh, you'll see it coming from a long way off (the movie actually opens with his dead body getting discovered. :|) Idk, highlight for spoilers: There's a scuffle for a gun, no one gets hurt there, they just end up in a kind of dogpile. Then, a character picks up a bat, and while Cho's character is stuck in the pile, he gets his head beaten. This is all off camera, you just see blood spatters and stuff. The part that made me feel sick, is after that. They all assume he's dead, when suddenly he starts twitching. And trying to get away, but he's too weak. A character gets a rag wet with gasoline, and then shoves it in Cho's mouth, and holds his mouth shut until he stops struggling. Watching him struggle in weak little jerks, there, really got to me. It's nothing like, graphic-graphic.

I also highly recommend that any Cho fans watch BLT, not just because he's a sexbomb in it, but because it's a great, great movie.

YEAH, it really is. Out of all the ones on this post I recommend that the highest. Followed by Greys, I think.
