Kind of bummed about my Sims 2 situation still, but probably have a solution in mind. I didn't feel like messing with it today, though, so! I started the Sims 3 version. :)
That last shot of Sven eating the newly adopted toddler is great. He'll make a wonderful parent.
The pictures of Rosie freaking out when the repo guy was there were sort of heartbreaking. Poor girl. Hopefully you roll some easier challenges next week and her life can get back to normal. Ish.
I love Lola SO much! I need to upload her for pixel_trade. She's still one of my favorite sims. I'm kind of excited that her autonomous spawn will be growing up with these legacy kids. :D
He has to eat something! They spent all their money on cribs and toys, and the garden rotted!
I really want poor Rosie to catch a break. I felt really awful when she was locked in the room, right after the first repoman visit and her losing her job, her mood was too low to do anything, she just stood around with a carton of ice cream and looked crazy until she peed herself again. :(
I love your teaser because I always love your teasers, and your shots/founder alone are really making me want to reinstall TS3.
Poor girl had some rough challenges, but I kind of find amusement in her misery. :P I love your shots, 'specially her repo-man freakout face. You tend to frame them really well.
Damn that Collin Poole. Nothing but trouble.
I'm confused about how pixel_trade works with sims 3, though, cause everyone ages so fast? Or is that part of awesomemod, which I have always been too intimidated to install?
Thank you! I'm so glad you like my framing and shots and teasers and miserable founder. :D heheh.
I was confused by sims 3 pixel_trading too, but it was kind of clarified recently because of this challenge: basically however you want to do it as long as it makes pixel_trade sims available, but it seems that most people (myself included!) pre-pick a spouse or a few spouse contenders and plop them into a lot when they're needed, so a neighborhood might only have one pixel_trade sim in it per generation. I don't have awesomemod, having cc at all is just too high maintenance! I have embraced the vanilla sims 3 game. :)
Cambia/Rosie is really appealing. I voted for her and was really pleased when she won.
Colin seemed kind of creepy, in the background whenever Sven and Rosie were together. And good save on her relationship with Sven - it's kind of sad that even in the Sims it is sometimes necessary to apologise for something you haven't done.
Poor Rosie, I'm hoping that things go better for her now, that the marriage is happy and that the toddlers behave. Looking forward to reading more.
Rosie has a lot of rough times ahead. Lots of times where I was yelling to my husband in the next room "oooooh I feel so awful about this!" :( But things get better again.
I don't know if Collin is disappointed that he didn't get Rosie or Sven...
hahah, i love these posts so much, and i don't even play the sims. i actually have it now on my desktop, i downloaded it that is, i just have to INSTALL it. i'm totally going to. i could never do legacy until i played long enough to have a person make it to old age silver, or whatever it is if you lived your life right or whatever.
Perma-plat! You don't have to be old to get it, though, you just have to finish your lifetime want. It doesn't exist in Sims 3, which is kind of annoying, actually, because they still have lifetime wishes to fulfill.
perma plat yesss. I haven't played since Spencer was here, and I was still dating Mike. The two of them played the Sims 2 non-stop for 3 days. Then while they would be at work I woudl design my dream home, make characters of all my friends (you and S lived down the block, and one day showed up with a black baby with green alien looking eyes).
I would have fun doing these kind of picture posts too. look at you, nerdspiring me.
We're always having alien babies! It's what we do!
Shaun and I have fiendish non-stop sims playing fests whenever a new expansion comes out. Sims 2 is done, of course, but in just over a week we're anticipating Sims 3 Ambitions. NOM.
Oh man. I hope you play and post pictures. I'm always excited for my friend friends to become my sims friends. :D

And Collin, wow. He's got a lot of nerve.

She is clearly facing some tough competition from Collin. At least she got some cuddles and a husband out of all that adversity.
