[There are neither salutations nor closings. Jordie doesn't believe in them for personal correspondence.]
Simon Tam. As I live and breathe.
I resigned my position on Londinium and am currently working to obtain another position. In the intervening time I'm staying with my great-aunt in the Fremont District.
You're the one with the more complex schedule. When are we meeting for dinner?
Weekends are complicated for me, but Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are when I get out of class earliest. Do you want to come out here or shall we come and meet you?
P.S.: Is this the same great-aunt who gave you that wall-hanging?
There's a place I know that's never too crowded. Shockingly, the food isn't terrible. It's in Fremont. Let's make it Wednesday, as that's when my hostess plays majiang.

Is Wednesday good for you? I can be in the area as early as five.
