Beat The Intro 4a will be closing some time over the next two days. Possibly Saturday evening, but most likely some time on Sunday, when I will post the correct answers and a list of who got what!

hmmm... tough one. People who were 'around then' lol would know. Those of us who weren't and only knew him when he was older and less interesting, wouldn't care. ;-)

Um, I think you've missed the point. I'm not asking about Riff Pilchard, I'm asking a general question and using GodBoy as an example! I could just as easily have said Sting and The Police, or George Michael and Wham, except in those cases Wham disappeared after George and the other guy whom no one ever remembers the name of Andrew Rigley broke up, and so did The Police after Sting went solo, whereas The Shadows had a career before Cliff and had one after Hank Marvin became a JW and Cliff became an Evangelical!
