My son is Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD. It has made for a wild ride. Most likely it is genetic and most likely came from me, along with a clubbed foot.
I haven't the heart, nor inclination to actually get a diagnosis of anything for myself. I know I have "quirks" and choose to leave it at that.
(one of my favority quirks is a touch of OCD, like I have to park the car twice. I back in and HAVE TO pull forward and back in again. I can't seem to stop myself. It has to be perfectly aligned with the stairs. So, I do it twice.)

I used to actually move my lips while doing so, but it was very noticeable, so I managed to train myself out of it - or at least, I think I did!
