Redefining Life: Previews for.... a long way from now!
As mentioned in my previous post, my fourth generation kids aged up to teen last night. I failed to get a solo snap of Marco (the not-heir, but he will be rejoining his twin in the house after university) but I did get a decent shot of them together:
Marco is obviously on the right, and Melfina's bum can be seen on the left. He's also yet another "bright fucking ray of sunshine" in the pit of mean that is the Starwind family. Marco has a whopping 3 nice points just like great-grandpas Gene and Bill.
Melfina, on the other hand, is the family rebel: she's my first nice sim in this family! 8 friggin' nice points that I'm only assuming she got from her pollinator, because given that her predecessors had 3 (Gene and Bill), 1 (Fred and Jim), and 5 (Marsha) points on the spread they had to come from somewhere, unless her genetics have decided to start adding the familial mean points together to produce one even-tempered sim.
...although she is named for a fairly sweet individual, so maybe she's just trying to live up to her namesake's reputation. I have no idea. (She'll need to nice points since she's fairly shy and a romance sim. Gotta have an advantage somewhere!)
She's also watching me like a hawk. Seriously. Anywhere I point the camera, she's staring at me. It's like having my cat Boo as a sim; hyper-aware of the camera and ready to pose at a moment's notice.
Seriously, she's so pretty. I really am going to make an icon with her.
ETA: Yep, Mel's an icon now. I still think she's gorgeous. In fact, I'm probably going to clone her in SimPE, remove her CC, and offer her up as a legacy founder on pixel_trade. Or at least make her available for downloading!
