It's embarrassing confession time: Jess and I watched the first season of America's Next Top Model in two days. Now, that's embarrassing enough, but it gets better.

welll here i am. about to go to bed.

i just got back from canada, where my uncle got married.

annnnnnnnnnnd i am full of allergies, it seems.

so i'm gonna take some benadryl which will make me sleep like a baby. or...a log? how do you sleep? whatever i'm not making sense so it's goodnight now.

Yesterday was such a crummy day

until

Soren and AJ came over in the evening.

We turned off the lights and laid together on my bed listening to mellow music and talking about things that actually matter.

i can't say it enough: i love my friends. those three, they lift my spirits without even trying.
