It's the first new picspam that's not brought over from knew_the_storm

These are the characters that I get stamped as the most (and that I agree with too). They're in order of the most stamps I have for them, not necessarily what fits me the best. For example, there's a lot more Disney stamping communities than there are anything else, so I'm naturally going to have more stamps for Disney characters in general.

After re-reading what I wrote below, I realize it really sounds like I'm having a grand ole time patting myself on the back. But really, I'm not. I'm expressing traits of theirs that I see somewhat in myself and have to work harder on to be better at. I definitely know my failures and limitations, but always try to grow.

Jane Porter
Of course, my girl Jane. I've been stamped as her many, many times. Whenever, I watch the Tarzan with other people, someone usually comments how alike we are. I am well known for my spazzy stories, nicknamed "A Whitney Story," my love of animals and art, my bubbling enthusiasm, and my desire for adventure.

"And, Daddy! They took my boot!"

Nala
I was honestly surprised the first time I was stamped as Nala. I've always thought she was made of awesome, but I never really identified with her. However, thinking on it, I realize that we do have a lot of similar qualities. I appreciate her determination to do what right and her responsibility in taking care of her loved ones.

"Pinned ya!"

Hermione Granger
Another character that surprised me is Hermione. I can be a well-meaning know-it-all, occasionally bossy, and I love reading my schoolbooks ahead of time. I would definitely get involved in Elf rights and be steadfastly loyal to my friends.

Hermione drew herself to her full height; her eyes were narrowed and her hair seemed to crackle with electricity. "No," she said, her voice quivering with anger, "but I will write to your mother."

Mulan
I'd say Mulan's personality fits me well, especially since she's spazzier than the other princess. I think her actions fit what I would do even more so. Dressing like a guy, training hard to become a soldier, and fighting in war all sound pretty exciting to me. If I was in her place, I hope I would have the courage to do what Mulan did.

"Uh... How about a girl who's got a brain, who always speaks her mind?"

Helen Parr / Elastigirl / Mrs. Incredible
Spunky, determined, and caring all fit me well enough. My favorite scene in The Incredibles is when she's flying the jet; the emotion and fear hidden behind her calm make me tear up each time. I love how calm she is in a desperate and deadly situation. The way that Helen manages being a superhero and her family is something to be greatly admired.

"Hey, c'mon. We're superheroes. What could happen?"

Anya
Anya, a bit foolish, naïve, and stubborn, but honest and determined in the end. I think I see more of her negative qualities as mine. She's more fiery than I am, but that doesn't mean I don't have a temper, I just keep it better bottled up.

"Men are such babies."

Jessie
Jessie is me times two. Her zest, wildness, and joy of life inspires me to be less shy. I love how she always says what she's thinking and is usually thinking something good and positive. Of all the Pixar women, I'd say I'm like her 2nd most after Helen.

"Well aren't you just the sweetest space toy I ever did meet!"

Hercules
What a lovable doofus! Sometimes I'm like him, wanting to be helpful, but not knowing how to help, being an absolute klutz, wanting to save everyone, and being attracted to the bad girl/boy. He's such a sweetheart.

"Wow. What a day. First that restaurant by the bay. And then that, that play, that, that, that Oedipus thing. Man, I thought I had problems."

Eilonwy
Before, you ask, yes, I have seen this movie. On YouTube. Counts. From what I can remember, I'd say we are similar. She's a bit more girly, but she's brave and a bit bossy too.

"Oh, what a pity. I was so hoping for someone who could help me escape. Oh, well, if you want to come with me, you may."

Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore
Ah, another wacky character. I'm the fun side of Dumbledore, the part that says silly things and tries to help everyone grow. I can be manipulative too. Hopefully, I'm less use-children-to-fight-the-worst-of-evils, but who can tell?

"Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! Tweak!"

Jane Eyre
These last five are really bonus pictures: people who I have at least 2 stamps for, but see a whole bunch of me in them. Jane Eyre. On a meme, everyone said I was like her and Jane Porter. As Trish ( darkblueflames ) said, "Jane-squared!" I've always felt a connection to Jane ever since I saw the movie & later read the book a couple of dozen times. I remember thinking while reading it, how much I wanted to be like her, but I realized that I needed to be my own person. It means so much to me that people see a resemblance between us.

"I am no bird; and no net ensnares me; I am a free human being with an independent will."

Peter Pevensie
Peter. Such a solid guy. Honestly, I think as far as the Chronicles of Narnia go, I have a bit more Polly or Jill in The Last Battle in me, but they're rarely an option, though there's a lot of Peter too. I like how he always tries to be noble (and occasionally let's it get to his head - obviously much less in the books than in the 2nd movie).

"High King Peter. The Magnificent."

Elizabeth Swann
I'd say about half and half for Elizabeth. She's definitely her own person and occasionally ridiculous, but I can agree with some over her actions. Sometimes, I see stamping as more as "if I would do what they did" instead of "does our personalities fit, regardless of actions."

"Curiosity. You're going to want it. A chance to be admired, and gain the rewards that follow. You won't be able to resist. You're going to want to know what it tastes like."

Bruce Wayne / Batman
Batman has always been my favorite super hero! Makes me wonder if I like him because he's like me or if I'm like him because I want to be like him. Anyways, I like his motives and morals; I think if I were in his situation, they'd be mine as well. Whenever people ask me which superhero I want to be, I always say Batman, not Batgirl; I like Batman, people!

"What were you hoping to prove? That, deep down, everyone's as ugly as you? You're alone!"

Belle
Belle has always been my favorite straight-up Disney princess. Her love of reading, yearning for something more, and courage to see what is below the surface have always been character traits that I'd like to see more in myself. Plus, who couldn't learn to love a beast, if he had that library!?

"Well, some people use their imagination."
