[Needless to say, when Artemis told her to wait for his younger sibling to show up, she sort of figured that he'd... call her. Or something. When the kid showed up. Or that the person leading him to Violet City would get in contact with her.]

[What she was NOT expecting? Was to hear a random child screaming her name at the universe when she walked out of the hotel that morning.]
