The honey is wonderful; cranberry honey works well with this recipe, too.
You have my promise that when you come to USA, I will make this for you.
Red bananas have a wonderful taste; it is like having banana custard with a slight strawberry taste right with it! They are best when really ripe, or else they make your mouth pucker up.
