My phone broke recently, and they made me upgrade to a more expensive plan with worse service to get a free phone. Beware!

Take your phone and see if they can get the phone numbers from it.

I did, and they did. It was funny; they powered up the bottom part and the red "message" light started flashing, but there was no lense over it anymore. I told the tech that I was going to call support and tell them "My screen won't come on". I think that would be funny.

I'm glad they got your phone numbers back.

Btw, I sprang for a case for the phone; it comes with a cute little belt clip. I think the case might hold it together better.
