Hey. AS you can see, my name is lonejedi, and you are certainly welcome to add me. I saw your posting in a community for people with ADD and ADHD. I showed up at the community because I'm doing a college research paper. what really caught my attention is how your school prevents you, on account of your learning disability, from taking advanced courses, particularly in Language

Sure, I'll add you...

allow me to explain some of this...

I don't believe anyone has challenged the policy, because add and the ability to get into challenge classes are REALLY rare. Most kids with ADD at my school are complete wrecks, with no math or L.A skills at all...I was very lucky to be spared. I think it'd be safe to say I'm the only one who's had to endure this policy...but it's very possible another could come along and have that same problem.

I'm not as angry about it anymore, in a year I'll be moving on to high school, where they DID allow me to get into honors english...however, I'm still stuck in fundementals math...but it doesn't matter to them ^_^
