ok, if you know me at all, you know that I love holidays. However, Valentines day does not count. In fact, it's my least favorite day. You might call me a cynic because I'm single but even when I was dating someone, the day still managed to be ruined ( Read more... )

Girl, you got more than I did for Valentine's Day ;-) Way to go. Hehe. Someday you'll stop hating this holiday and just take advantage of the fact that it's another day we get to tell the people we love, that we love them. I'm convinced.

I thought you went to Vegas for Valentine's? Who knows, I suppose anything is possible but everyday should be another day to tell people we love them. I was watching a comedy show on Valentine's Day, St. Valentine was a martyr and we have turned the day into a commercial joke. Society has made this day to highlight those who are single and make them feel bad and make those who are dating feel guilty and obligated. It is such a moral killing day for both accounts because there is just so much dang pressure!
