David (Croft) asked me to practice with his band tomorrow, but my mom said that she'd feel uncomfortable leaving me solely with a bunch of boys. I know you live close by him, would there be any way possible if you could... join me? You know, you could be like my girlfriend! (in the kind of way grandma's say it).
