Old Mystery Woman

I went up to the bank machine at 5th & S. Craig in a rush as usual. (How can my so called easy life always be in a rush?)

That is so amazing and touching but it does make you wonder what indeed she does know. The writer in me wants to really sit down with this woman. It would be like Studs Terkel's wet dream really.
Why are you leaving your house? 28 years that is such a long time. Are you staying in the city? I remember some of the pictures you've post of rooms in your house. I can't imagine.

I found your site/post quite by accident and just read your last ...it is wonderful. As we go through life we do collect people, impressions, and I really enjoyed your thoughts about the mystery woman vis-a-vis your future self aging...
Are you going to post more often?

Hi Cindy
Thanks for your nice comment!
I do intend to continue posting here, but have been busy picking paint colors, and designing a garden for a house we moved into last autumn.
Sort of makes me nostalgic to realize I posted this from my other little house we lived in for 28 years.
The new house is nice, but I feel like l left all of my "history" behind at my beloved little row house.
