I really enjoyed today. I woke up casually at 1, got lunch by 2, and spent the day talking to people in the corridor. Dinner was rice and curried pork - the only blemish in what was otherwise an extremely pleasant day. i absolutely love sundays at oxford to bits. its the day everyone makes a conscious effort not to work on - you know how scriptural we are - and is a good break from the frantic pace of the other 6 days. 1. 17 books - 2 of which I've read fully, 5 of which need to be read before I can write an essay due next friday, and 10 of which were taken out in a fit of first week innocence, when I thought every book in the suggested reading list for each essay had to be read.
